Postbiotics
Bioactive components are produced when living, "good" bacteria ferment dietary fiber. Postbiotics themselves are not alive and are therefore suitable for use in heated feed. They can act in the body in a similar way to probiotics and can be found on the packaging as "postbiotics" - for example as inactivated yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) or as fermentation products.

The faces behind my recipes & Lucky Jim
I admit it: I have many talents. I can fetch, chill, beg - and claim my treat with a glance.
But developing recipes for really good dog food?
To achieve this, I enlisted the help of professionals: veterinarians, nutrition experts, and product developers, but above all our four managing directors Martin Schupp, Christian Numsen, Dennis Vidal, and David Bäuerle—experts who know what we dogs really need.
Together they make sure that only sensible and tasty ingredients go into my food - tailored to every dog's life, from puppy to senior.
But hey, the best ideas still come from me! I set the direction, test the taste and check the quality.
After all, my name is on it - and my nose is legendary.
